Account and social connection data
Request data deletion.
You can disconnect a social account at any time. You can also ask Content Slayr Limited to delete the personal data and social connection data associated with your ContentSlayr account.
1. Disconnect the platform
Remove ContentSlayr from the connected-app or business-integration settings in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn. This revokes future access from that platform. Disconnecting does not delete posts that have already been published; remove those posts in the platform itself.
2. Send the deletion request
Email support@contentslayr.com from the email address used for your ContentSlayr account. Use the subject ContentSlayr data deletion request and tell us which connected social accounts the request covers.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, access tokens or other login credentials. We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account before completing the request.
What the request covers
Once verified, the request covers the social account identifiers, connection credentials and associated personal information held by ContentSlayr, together with unpublished deployment data connected to those accounts. We will delete or de-identify that data unless we must retain a limited record for legal, security, fraud-prevention or financial-record obligations.
We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain any information that must be retained. For more information, read the ContentSlayr Privacy Policy.
